Yes! We provide year-round service in all seasons. In cases of severe weather, services may be delayed for safety but will always be completed as soon as possible.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
We always ensure gates are securely closed when entering and leaving your property. After each visit, we provide a photo confirmation showing the gate is secure. If a dog shows aggressive behavior, we may skip or reschedule service for safety.
Do I have to sign a contract to start services?
Nope! There are no contracts ever. You can start, pause, or cancel your service at any time.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Pricing depends on the number of dogs, service frequency, and add-ons. Most customers typically fall between $90–$110 per month.
Can you scoop with my dogs in the yard?
Yes, as long as your dog is safe and non-aggressive. If a dog shows aggressive behavior, we may skip service or require the dog to be secured.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
We try to accommodate preferences when possible, but service days are assigned based on optimized routing. This helps us keep pricing low and service consistent.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we do not provide specific arrival windows because our routes are optimized daily for efficiency. However, we do send an “on the way” text notification on your scheduled service day so you know when we’re headed to your property.
What do you do with the waste after you collect it?
All waste is safely bagged, sealed, and removed from your property after each visit. It is then disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.
If I decided to cancel my services, how would I do that?
You can cancel anytime through your client portal or by contacting us directly. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, and service continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you do not need to be home as long as we have yard access. We will complete the service and provide confirmation after completion.
What happens during bad weather?
Light rain usually does not affect service. In severe weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled for safety, and you will be notified if changes occur.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes, we do offer one-time cleanups for customers who need a fresh start, seasonal cleanup, or special service. One-time cleanups require a custom quote based on yard size, number of dogs, and condition, which can be requested by emailing hello@dookiedispatch.com
